Zach
This week we did so many things. We did an egg drop. We blew up volcanoes. we had a test on landforms. We did a lot of phonics and handwriting. We did a lot of multiplication and addition. We also did some division facts.

We had a good week. We did multiplication and division problems with people. We also did tic tac toe spelling. We used lots of shapes. We had a big week.

I had a good time this week. We got to share our president book reports. Mine was Ronald Regan. Three people did president Abraham Lincoln. To me it was math, math, reading, math, reading, reading, math.

This week we did a lot of multiplication and we did some measurement. We learned about when a telephone was invented and we learned about the first skyscraper. We did a lot this week.

This week we learned about measurement in inches, feet and yards. In reading we read a story called, Wings. It's a book about a boy with wings. Everyone loved his wings and then people at school made fun of them. In Mrs. Boucher's reading group we read, Marvin and the Meanest Girl. That was a really good book. It was a good week.

This week we did a science project using water colors and vegetable oil. We droped colored water into the vegetable oil and the colored water stayed together as a colored water droplets.We learned about adjectives this week.To learn about adjectives we made a flower and had to describe the flower. This week we also got new book buddies.This was a fun week!

This week we worked on writing our full name.  We also worked on our spelling words.  We are now doing phonics and math.

This week in 3rd grade the power went out at school, it was awesome!! We read the story "Boom Town" and I liked it. WE also got new ar books, mine was Diary of a Wimpy Kid. I liked it. I got involved in an investigation about a hole in a seat on the bus. P.S. So did Savana.
